His construction expertise runs a full gamut—Master Journeyman Carpenter, heading up projects to build bridge and mid-rise buildings, custom woodwork, major renovations and remodeling, and brand new construction of all sorts. He leads by example and never excepts any less than the best. He has brought these traits and experiences along with him to head up the Creative Concept Builders team. His hands-on approach is superb—walking your through each phase of the construction project and making sure you are happy with everything throughout. He stays close to his projects, making sure they are on time and within budget. Over the years, he has built up a reputation for being competent, capable, and trustworthy. He knows this is the key to being successful in the construction business—build long term relationships with your customers, and the rest will follow. Elaine is an invaluable asset to the Creative Concept Builders team. She has a strong background in both real estate and accounting, which has proven to be helpful to the company in a number of ways. When you want to be sure that the estimate provide is accurate, Elaine is the one you want crunching the numbers. She will also work closely with our clients, helping them find a way to fit their vision into the right budget. Let there be no surprises and know what things are going to cost upfront. Elaine’s skills help the client find a realistic budget and prevent them from being priced out of the market. Along with handling the financials of any project, Elaine also works on managing timelines and schedules. She stays in close contact with customers and projects, making sure everyone and everything is where it needs to be when it needs to be there.
